I wrote scripts for three how-to videos promoting petco.com’s Repeat Delivery program. The subscription service allows pet parents to create and modify a recurring order for the pet supplies they buy regularly, like food and treats. The Repeat Delivery program underwent a creative overhaul to better compete with other retailers with subscription services. The how-to videos walk customers through the process of setting up and modifying their pet supply subscriptions. The videos debuted on the Repeat Delivery landing page in the fall of 2013.
